Lee is an in expert home repair. Lee is an expert tiling master, a fine plumber and can do minor to medium electrical repairs. He is an excellent painter and wall repair. Lee has remodeled countless bathrooms and kitchen, basements. He can build cement driveways, repair minor brickwork—just about any house repair except roofing.
He has worked for condo builders doing extensive punch lists for condo conversions and new construction. He works fast and can knock out a huge punch list in a day.
His current rate is $35 an hour with a two hour minimum.
